USCAP 2025 is the United States Army Capabilities Assessment Program for 2025. It is a comprehensive modernization effort that will transform the Army into a more lethal, agile, and resilient force. USCAP 2025 is based on the Army’s Operating Concept for 2025, which envisions a future operating environment that will be characterized by increased complexity, uncertainty, and volatility.
USCAP 2025 will focus on six key areas: improving readiness, enhancing lethality, increasing mobility, strengthening protection, and developing new technologies. The program will also emphasize the importance of building partnerships with allies and partners, as well as developing new ways to conduct operations in complex environments.
