The Sugar Bowl Parade is an annual parade held in New Orleans, Louisiana, on the day before the Sugar Bowl football game. The parade features floats, marching bands, and other entertainment. The 2025 Sugar Bowl Parade will be held on January 1, 2025.
The parade route will begin at the intersection of St. Charles Avenue and Napoleon Avenue and will proceed down St. Charles Avenue to Lee Circle. The parade will then turn onto Canal Street and proceed to the intersection of Canal Street and North Claiborne Avenue. The parade will then turn onto North Claiborne Avenue and proceed to the intersection of North Claiborne Avenue and Esplanade Avenue. The parade will then turn onto Esplanade Avenue and proceed to the intersection of Esplanade Avenue and City Park Avenue. The parade will then turn onto City Park Avenue and proceed to the intersection of City Park Avenue and Marconi Drive. The parade will then turn onto Marconi Drive and proceed to the intersection of Marconi Drive and Wisner Boulevard. The parade will then turn onto Wisner Boulevard and proceed to the intersection of Wisner Boulevard and Sugar Bowl Drive. The parade will then turn onto Sugar Bowl Drive and proceed to the intersection of Sugar Bowl Drive and Poydras Street. The parade will then turn onto Poydras Street and proceed to the intersection of Poydras Street and Tulane Avenue. The parade will then turn onto Tulane Avenue and proceed to the intersection of Tulane Avenue and Loyola Avenue. The parade will then turn onto Loyola Avenue and proceed to the intersection of Loyola Avenue and St. Charles Avenue. The parade will then turn onto St. Charles Avenue and proceed to the intersection of St. Charles Avenue and Lee Circle.
