RAGBRAI (The Register’s Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa) is an annual recreational bicycle ride across the U.S. state of Iowa. Held in late July, the ride begins on the Missouri River and ends on the Mississippi River. The route changes each year, with an overnight stop each night in a different town.
RAGBRAI is the oldest, largest, and longest bicycle touring event in the world. It attracts thousands of riders each year, from all 50 states and several countries. The ride is a unique opportunity to experience the beauty of Iowa, meet new people, and challenge yourself physically.
