The 2025 Ford Maverick XL is a compact pickup truck produced by Ford Motor Company. It is the first pickup truck in the Maverick lineup and is positioned below the larger Ford Ranger. It was unveiled in June 2021 and went on sale in the United States in late 2021.
The Maverick XL is powered by a 2.5-liter inline-four engine that produces 191 horsepower and 181 lb-ft of torque. It is available with a choice of front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. The Maverick XL has a payload capacity of 1,500 pounds and a towing capacity of 2,000 pounds.
