The Amazing Spider-Man 3 is an upcoming American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name. Produced by Columbia Pictures in association with Marvel Studios, and distributed by Sony Pictures Releasing, it is intended to be the sequel to 2014’s The Amazing Spider-Man 2 and the third installment in The Amazing Spider-Man film series. The film is directed by Jon Watts, written by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers, and stars Tom Holland as Peter Parker / Spider-Man, alongside Zendaya, Benedict Cumberbatch, Marisa Tomei, and Jamie Foxx.
The film is scheduled to be released in the United States on November 5, 2025.
