The Idaho Steelheads are a professional hockey team based in Boise, Idaho. They are a member of the ECHL, the third-highest level of professional ice hockey in North America. The Steelheads’ 2024-2025 regular season schedule has not yet been released, but it is typically released in the summer months.
The Steelheads have been a member of the ECHL since 1997 and have won two Kelly Cups, the ECHL’s championship trophy, in 2004 and 2007. The team plays its home games at the Idaho Central Arena in downtown Boise. The Steelheads have a strong fan base in Boise and the surrounding area, and their games are often sellouts.
